Today’s shopping trip was another chaotic & rushed affair. This week has been a little crazy (more about that later!) and this morning I realized that I had completely forgotten a commitment that had to be completed asap. Needless to say, making my shopping list and gathering my coupons got pushed to the bottom of the priority list, which meant another week of winging it at the store.
I seriously need to pull my act together!
Sigh.
Oh here I go, whining again, after I promised not to for a long long time. Sorry. In any case, it was still a pretty good trip and I even remembered to get diapers and pull-ups, two things that had reached critical-need level in this house. One of these days I’ll get around to potty training….but it’s not going to be this week!

As a fellow frequent Publix shopper, I had a quick question for you… I went to Publix yesterday and I tried to use a $5 off of $30 Winn Dixie competitor coupon (my store accepts all Winn Dixie coupons) and I have always used that coupon first before the rest of my other coupons and I’ve never had a problem! But yesterday i went and my cashier asked her manager if she used the before or after the coupons and the manager said after! I told him I had been using it before all other coupons for the last few months (and i go to Publix like 3 times a week and use one every time!) and he said that they had a coupon policy change about 2 months ago that made them use those coupons after all other coupons…… WHAT?! I was just wondering if this is also happening at your store? I read through the policy and it said nothing like this…. I was also wondering if you had any advice on how to tackle this or if I should even bother at all…

How are you able to print so many internet coupons? I know the limit is 2 per comp and I am assuming you dont have 10 comp
So I am curious how you get them?

And also, what about produce? I see that you rarely have any except maybe some strawberries..is it because you don’t buy any or you just dont include that in your spending?
