{Kathy} How did we not see all of you at South Seas? We were there at the exact same time. My family had a great time as well–despite the rain. It actually gave us an excuse to rest. With three out of four of mine being teenagers, they didn’t seem to mind sleeping.
On another note, we MUST get together!

I can totally relate to this! We went to Hawaii a few years ago and had bad weather almost the whole week. On the very last day the sun finally came out, and then we all got burned because we were trying so hard to get get as much sun as possible. LOL. We did try to make the best of it but at the time it was hard not to feel like we got a raw deal. Now we look back and laugh.

Hey Susan, I used the timer to take the group shot. I used a low shutter speed to make sure the faces were exposed, but I also had to use a high ISO (3200) so the picture feels a little grainy and orangey to me–I’m still learning! I could’ve used a flash but I always think flash pictures turn out too harsh.

How fun to go on vacation all together. I’m sure you will cherish those memories forever. Those beach pictures of your daughters and your husband are really great. Did someone take the one of all of you, or did you use the timer? I’m curious about how you got it to turn out so good using the window as a backdrop. Whenever I take pictures towards the window they turn out dark. Did you use a flash?
