Thrifty Thursday {Week 43}

Thrifty Thursday Linky Party at LivingWellSpendingLess.com!

Good morning thrifty friends!  Is anyone else being hit by sickness this week?  Both my girls and husband have been battling the flu but so far–knock on wood–I haven’t gotten it.  Keeping my fingers crossed…there is way too much to do for this mama to be spending a week in bed! :-)  In any case, I’m excited to see what you all have to share this week!

Here are the most clicked links from last week:

    Here I am….cruising through the features and bam! I “hit my head” on my Laundry Room Reveal feature!!! What a wonderful surprise Ruth! Thank you you so much for this lovely and unexpected blessing! I must say…that project was a huge learning experience for me about praying and thinking and taking what you have to create something fun and whimsical and practical. It’s not about dollars and cents…it’s about creativity and God blessed each of us with it. He’s so creative and because we’re made in his image we can surely expect to have some of it too. We just need to ask if we think we’re a little slim on it.

    I surely have been more creative with the less I have these days compared to when I had more.

    Thanks again, Ruth!
    Wishing you a week filled with extraordinary blessings!
    ~Diane

    Stay well!!! You’ve already been sick, so surely the flu will pass you over. We dealt with fevers and coughs in our kids the week after Christmas. No fun.
    Exciting to see my other book post listed this week!

    I’m doing a giveaway of The Tightwad Gazette. Is it alright to link that post up, or do you prefer only posts without giveaways?

    Several different viruses have made their way through our house in the last month. I am so glad my oldest kids are on break from college – I cannot imagine then trying to study while so sick. I’m not sure why we have caught every single virus this year, but we are doubling up on our vitamin C to help boost our immune system.
