Here is what you need:
2 cups pulled chicken from a rotisserie 1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce (we used Sweet Baby Ray’s) 1 cup frozen corn 1 8 oz bag Colby Monterey Jack cheese blend store bought pizza dough 1 bunch green onions, chopped ( optional)Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees; Place pizza dough on greased pan and let it rise at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Once dough is ready, stretch it to the desired size.
Step 2: Brush on your barbecue sauce and cook in oven for about 10 minutes. Check the bottom of your dough. You want it to have a light golden color.
Step 3: Then mix your pulled chicken with about 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce and set aside.
Step 4: Take pizza out of oven and add pulled chicken, corn and cheese to pizza and finish in oven for another 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese has melted.
Step 5: Let cooked pizza rest for 2-3 minutes, then add green onions, slice and serve.
