Living in Florida, cruising has always been our go-to vacation of choice because it is just so convenient and cost effective. You can score some amazing last minute deals if you don’t have to fly, and once you are on board the ship, the food, entertainment, and even the kids club is all included! We were super impressed with the Sunshine! The 4-slide water park was SO much fun, and the food was seriously the best we’ve ever had on a cruise. If you are considering a cruise in the near future, I highly recommend it!

Thanks for mentioning my post about training free-range chickens. I know some neighborhoods don’t allow chickens Ruth, but have heart – the tides of change are moving. More & more neighborhoods are now allowing a few chickens as long as there is no rooster. Fingers crossed that you’ll be able to raise a few hens & harvest your own fresh eggs soon!

No we have not been on a Disney cruise. The prices for the Disney cruises are often double (or more) what we pay for other cruise lines–hard for us to justify! 🙂
