Although, these tacos may remind you of the typical BBQ chicken sandwich with coleslaw, they are so much better. Ingredients are always more fun in a taco, especially when you can assemble this recipe in a matter of minutes!

5 Ingredient Tacos

You will love the Mexican feel of this recipe with the added fire-roasted corn. Feel free to use any tortillas, corn or flour, as well as any size you prefer. A typical serving will be two fajita size tortillas with all fillings. But no one will blame you for wanting three!

5 Ingredient Taco ingredients - so easy!

Here is what you need:

10 fajita-size flour tortillas
1 ready-to-eat rotisserie chicken, 5 cups meat once shredded
1 cup BBQ sauce
15 oz container prepared coleslaw
15 oz can fire roasted corn, drained

5 Ingredient Tacos-step 1- This is a cheater recipe! Use a store bought already cooked chicken for an easy meal.

Step 1: Remove chicken meat from cooked chicken. Shred chicken meat until you have 5 cups shredded chicken. Add 1 cup BBQ sauce and gently mix until combined.

Step 2: Drain the can of fire-roasted corn in a small colander.

Step 3: Assemble taco ingredients complete with spoons for each filling and taco holders (optional).
