Here is what you need:1 bag tortilla chips 4-6 large eggs 1 8oz. bag shredded cheese 1 jar salsa 1 4 oz. container sour cream Step 1: Fill two bowls with tortilla chips, then set aside. Step 2: Spray pan with cooking spray, then beat 4 eggs. Mix well and add to warmed pan. Step 3: Cook until eggs are done. Split cooked eggs over tortilla chip. Step 4: Top with salsa, shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Step 5: Serve along side some fresh fruit and enjoy!

- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 4-6 large eggs
- 1 8 oz. bag shredded cheese
- 1 jar favorite salsa
- 1 4 oz. container sour cream
Fill two bowls with tortilla chips, then set aside.
