Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe ingredients

Here is what you need:

1-2 whole deli rotisserie chickens, skin removed and meat shredded
1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 jar ranch or blue cheese dressing

Blend together the hot sauce, blue cheese dressing, and cream cheese in a mixer.

Step 1:  Add hot sauce, cream cheese, and dressing to mixing bowl. Mix on low speed until well blended, 30-60 seconds.

Add shredded cheese to buffalo sauce mixture.

Step 2:  Mix in cheese.

Add shredded chicken into the mixing bowl with buffalo sauce mixture.

Step 3:  Add chicken to cream cheese mixture.

Mix until chicken is well blended into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 4:  Mix until blended to desired consistency. If you would like your chicken chunky (better for serving on buns) do not mix long at all (10-15 seconds, until just blended.)  If you would prefer a creamier, dip-like texture, mix a little longer.

Add mixture to crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Serve warm.

Step 5:  Transfer mixture to crock pot. Cook on low for 4-5 hours, then keep warm. Serve with crackers, rolls, or celery sticks.
