Happy February!

Ah, the month of love! I’m a holiday junky and Valentine’s day is no exception. It’s filled with romance, beautiful flowers, special moments with the kids, family traditions, and moments of surprise. While I won’t be making all the cookies, treats, and super fun crafts this year, since my older daughter has taken that on now, I do hope that you’ll give yourself some grace and remember you don’t have to do ALL THE THINGS. And that’s just what this month’s issue is all about- you!

We get so busy in all the things that come along with taking care of others, we tend to put our own needs of self-care last. But this February, amidst sharing your love with everyone else, it’s time to make time to care for, nurture, and fall in love with yourself!

It’s ok to do things that make you happy and to work on things that fill your cup! No one can truly fill it up but you. So along with some Valentine’s fun, this month we are fully devoted to focusing on You. Making your mind, body, and spirit a priority this year, is the best thing you can do to be the person you want to be for yourself and for those you love.

Here’s what you’ll find in this month’s issue:
