On Day 3, we'll take a look at a productivity tool that's even more important than your to-do list—your STOP DOING list—and figure out which tasks & obligations can be eliminated for good.
By Day 4, with a clear understanding of what matters most (and what doesn't) we'll look at how we can make small tweaks to your existing habits and routine in order to painlessly create more time and energy in your day.

Each day's training video and daily challenge will be released each morning at 8am ET, and you will have 24 hours to complete it.
