- 1 bag fresh cranberries
- 1 half green tart apple, peeled
- 2 whole ripe pears, peeled
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 Tbsp orange rind
- 1 cup sugar
- t tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup triple sec (liquor)
