Preheat oven to 350 degrees;Chop garlic and parsley and set aside.

Zest lemon then juice and set aside.

Melt 1/4 cup butter, then add garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and lemon zest and juice and saute for about 3 minutes.

Par-cook broccoli in microwave and set aside.

Melt rest of butter then add panko and mix well and lightly toast for a few minutes.

Then place shrimp in 9 x 13 glass pan, add melted butter & garlic mixture. Mix well to coat all shrimp. Then place broccoli florets over shrimp. Add lightly toasted panko over top, cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then take cover off and bake for 5-7 more minutes until panko is golden brown.

Spoon onto plate and serve with a side of rice.
