THE BEST BUTTERCREAM CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
Just 3 ingredients and 5 minutes to make–you’ll never buy the canned stuff again!
The Best Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting
2 sticks butter, softened
3 8oz packages cream cheese
about a pound and a half
Whip together butter & cream cheese on medium high speed until well blended and fluffy, approximately 1-2 minutes.
Reduce speed to low and slowly blend in powdered sugar. Once sugar is blended in, increase speed to medium and beat well for another 1-2 minutes until smooth. That’s it! (Really!)
