Cauliflower & Broccoli Slaw Salad

  • 12 oz bag broccoli slaw
  • 1 cup frozen corn thawed
  • 6 radishes thinly sliced with a knife or mandolin
  • 5 cups or 1 small cauliflower chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • Dressing Ingredients
  • 2 tbs or 6 large leaves fresh basil minced
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper


  1. Place all salad ingredients (broccoli slaw, cauliflower, corn, and radish) in a large bowl. Set aside.
  2. Whisk all dressing ingredients (basil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, mayo, sea salt, & black pepper) together in a small bowl.
  3. Pour your homemade dressing over the bowl of salad ingredients. Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate covered for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving. This allows the flavors to mingle and the vegetables to be seasoned perfectly.
