Chop onion and set aside.

Slice green peppers into strips;set aside.

Cut chicken into strips; set aside.

Mix together salsa verde, lime juice, green chiles, and fajita seasonings.

Divide chicken into 2 gallon size freezer bags (be sure to label bags first.) Divide salsa mixture over top of chicken

Divide onions & green peppers and add to each bag.

Thaw if frozen; cook in crockpot on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until chicken is cooked.

Serve with tortillas, sour cream, salsa, lettuce, & avocado.
