This simple summer dessert is made extra special by searing in that sweet flavor on the grill.
While the peaches are grilling, begin making the whipped Mascarpone topping. Add Mascarpone, heavy cream, and ¼ cup of the honey to a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.
Whisk on high speed for 3-4 minutes, or until the Mascarpone has a nice light and fluffy texture. (Feel free to taste test to see if any additional honey is needed to meet your taste preferences.)
