Preheat oven to 400 degrees; chop garlic then add to pan with 2 tablespoons of butter and saute till soft.

Slice onion and saute in another pan with 1 tablespoon butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until caramelized. Then set aside.

Add baby spinach to pan with garlic and cook till wilted.

Remove pan from heat and let cool.

In a large bowl; mix together chopped turkey meat, cooled spinach and garlic, feta cheese, bread crumb and egg.

Line bread pan with parchment paper, then add meat mixture.

Top meat with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and the caramelized onions.

Cook for 35-40 minutes. Let cool for 2-3 minutes, then slice and serve with your favorite sides.
