Easy Asian Chop Salad

Need a quick & simple meal idea for busy week nights? This Easy Asian Chop Salad has a ton of flavor, crunch and comes together with only 5 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head green cabbage
  • 5 oz matchstick carrots (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1-2 packages Ramen noodles
  • 1 TBSP sesame seeds
  • 1 cup Asian dressing (more or less to taste)

Instructions

  1. Remove core from cabbage; chop cabbage into small pieces.

  2. Place cabbage in large bowl; add matchstick carrots and mix well.

  3. Crush Ramen noodles with rolling pin or other heavy object; open package, remove seasoning mix, and add to cabbage mixture. Mix well.

  4. Toast sesame seeds for 1 minute in small pan over medium heat. Add seeds to cabbage mixture. (optional)

  5. Add salad dressing; toss well. Refrigerate salad for 2 hours, then serve.
