Ingredients

  • 2 cups pulled chicken from a rotisserie
  • 1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce we used Sweet Baby Rays
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 8 oz bag Colby Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • store bought pizza dough
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees; Place pizza dough on greased pan and let it rise at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Once dough is ready, stretch it to the desired size.
  2. Brush on your barbecue sauce and cook in oven for about 10 minutes. Check the bottom of your dough. You want it to have a light golden color.
  3. Then mix your pulled chicken with about 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce and set aside.
  4. Take pizza out of oven and add pulled chicken, corn and cheese to pizza and finish in oven for another 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese has melted.
  5. Let cooked pizza rest for 2-3 minutes, then add green onions, slice and serve.
