Easy Breakfast Nachos

This super easy breakfast can be made for 1 person or 10 and is sure to become a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 4-6 large eggs
  • 1 8 oz. bag shredded cheese
  • 1 jar favorite salsa
  • 1 4 oz. container sour cream

Instructions

  1. Fill two bowls with tortilla chips, then set aside.

  2. Spray pan with cooking spray, then beat 4 eggs. Mix well and add to warmed pan.

  3. Cook until eggs are done. Split cooked eggs over tortilla chip.

  4. Top with salsa, shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream.

  5. Serve with fresh fruit and enjoy!
