This super easy breakfast can be made for 1 person or 10 and is sure to become a family favorite.
Fill two bowls with tortilla chips, then set aside.
Spray pan with cooking spray, then beat 4 eggs. Mix well and add to warmed pan.
Cook until eggs are done. Split cooked eggs over tortilla chip.
Top with salsa, shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
Serve with fresh fruit and enjoy!
