1 ready-to-eat rotisserie chicken, 5 cups meat once shredded
1 cup BBQ sauce
15 oz container prepared coleslaw
15 oz can fire roasted corn, drained

Step 2: Drain the can of fire-roasted corn in a small colander.

Step 3: Assemble taco ingredients complete with spoons for each filling and taco holders (optional).

Step 4: In each tortilla, first add shredded BBQ chicken, then coleslaw, lastly top with a spoonful of fire-roasted corn. Enjoy! Refrigerate any leftovers.
