Creamy Corn Casserole

It's hard to find a side dish that even the pickiest eaters will embrace, but this Creamy Corn Casserole with crushed Ritz Cracker topping definitely does the trick. It's easy, delicious and always a hit--your new holiday go-to recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz packages whole corn thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup Ritz crackers crushed
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 TBSP Butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Crumb Topping

  • 1/2 cup Ritz crackers crushed
  • 2 TBSP butter melted

Instructions

  1. Place the corn in a large bowl. Add the crackers, cheese, whipping cream, egg, melted
    butter, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir to combine.

  2. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

  3. Sprinkle remaining crushed crackers evenly over casserole, then drizzle with remaining
    melted butter.

  4. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
