Place the corn in a large bowl. Add the crackers, cheese, whipping cream, egg, melted
butter, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining crushed crackers evenly over casserole, then drizzle with remaining
melted butter.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
