You won’t believe how easy it is to make this sweet & delicious caramel cream cheese apple dip! Dangerously addictive, it comes together fast with just 3 ingredients!
A few months ago my family attended a potluck gathering, and, while we were there, my husband stumbled upon a delicious apple dip made with caramel and cream cheese. Now, my husband is not normally one for desserts, but this was different. He couldn’t stop eating it. Or talking about it. He begged me to find out how to make it.
Caramel Cream Cheese Apple Dip
Here is what you need:
2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened 1 14 oz jar caramel sauce 2-3 Heath candy bars, crushed (or use Heath toffee chips) Serve With: Granny Smith apples, sliced
Step 1: Combine cream cheese and 1/2 of the caramel sauce in mixing bowl; beat until well-blended. Then mix in 1/2 cup of toffee chips to mixture.
Step 2: Spoon cream cheese mixture into pretty serving dish.
Step 3: Cover cream cheese with remaining caramel.
Step 4: Sprinkle caramel with toffee chips.
Step 5: Serve immediately with sliced granny smith apples.

I crush vitamin Cin 1/4 water and sprinkle on apples to prevent browning.
I just had this at a Halloween party and it was absolutely fabulous!! I tracked the girl down who brought it to get the receipt. So YUMMY!
What is your best suggestion for treating apple slices so that they don’t brown before guests have a chance to eat them?
You can place your apples slices in pineapple juice. 🙂
If you read the recipe again, you will notice that it does say to add 1/2 c of the Heath Heath chips to the cream cheese.
Crushed peanuts would be a good addition on top, or in place of the Heath bars.
