Ready for a fun way to mix up the most important meal of the day? This easy breakfast pizza recipe combines all your favorites into one tasty dish!

I don’t know how it is at your house, but at my house we are BIG fans of breakfast–especially on the weekend! My husband and I even get a little competitive when it comes to who does breakfast best. I’ll admit that his omelets are pretty much to-die-for, but this yummy breakfast pizza, made with my perfect scrambled eggs, has definitely given him a run for the money.

DIG DEEPER

This mini cook book is full of recipes that require five ingredients or less. Great family meals don’t have to be complicated. This mini cookbook serves up 10 easy meals, each only requiring 5 ingredients or less

While there is nothing especially complicated about this recipe, it probably isn’t something I’d attempt on a school day unless I had precooked the bacon the night before. It does, however, make for perfect weekend brunch fare, and also makes enough to feed a crowd (or at least a few hungry teenagers!)

Assemble your ingredients for the breakfast pizza: pizza crust, scrambled eggs, cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, chopped red onion and dried parsley. Here is what you need:

1 refrigerated pizza crust
8 eggs, scrambled (use this recipe or your own)
1/2 pound cooked bacon, cut into bite-size pieces (use these easy instructions for no-mess bacon)
2 cups cheddar or jack cheese, shredded
¼ cup chopped red onion (optional)
dried parsley (optional)

Unroll pizza crust onto parchment paper covered cookie sheet.

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425; Unroll pizza crust onto parchment paper covered cookie sheet.

Bake pizza crust until golden brown.

Step 2: Bake crust for about 6-8 minutes, until the edge begins to set.

Spread scrambled eggs onto browned pizza crust.

Step 3: Remove crust from oven & spread scrambled eggs over-top.

Add bacon over the scrambled eggs on pizza crust.

Step 4: Sprinkle with bacon, then cover with shredded cheese.

Add cheddar cheese then red onion over bacon and egg mixture on pizza crust.

Step 5: If desired, sprinkle with red onion & parsley for extra color & flavor.

Bake assembled breakfast pizza until crust is set and cheese is bubbly.

Step 6: Bake 9-13 minutes longer, until the crust is set and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Cut breakfast pizza using a pizza cutter and serve.

Step 7: Cut into pieces with pizza cutter & serve.
